TERMS & CONDITIONS

Coverage Timings

The client should free the team within 5 hours , incase of extra time 10000 will be charged for each hour.

Refund Policy

Once the advance payment is paid the refund can only be done on basis of a month prior notice to TFW , no refund will be favoured on last moment cancellations.

Album Proofing & Printings

The album shall only be printed once the client gives explicit acceptance. No changes in design and /or layout will be entertained after the album is printed.

Data Handling Time Frame

The data will be stored for 5 months only, after the softcopies are delivered , client have to provide the albums selection as soon possible, otherwise TFW wont be responsible for data loss after 5 month and extra charges will be applied on album printing if client delays the selection more then a year.

Payment Schedule

Advance Fee:

The Advance fee of 50% secures the date, time and services of The Filmkaar Weddings for the event

Post Event Processing and Editing Payment:

25% of the payable amount is payable after the events to allow for start of photos editing work.

Remaining Balance Payment:

The remaining 25% of payable amount is due at the delivery of softcopies, No Albums/Films will be made without clearance of dues.

Softcopies/Albums Delivery:

Photo albums are dependent on design delay, electricity supply, delay in selection by client, availability of print sheets and binder availability hence the time slot for delivery is to be within a reasonable tentative 3-4 weeks, with 4-6 weeks being an apologetic latest, once selection is completed by the client.

Video Delivery:

The first deliverable draft shall be made available within 3-4 weeks after clearance of dues , with 4-6 weeks days being and apologetic latest. Due to unforeseen circumstances, and to uphold the quality of the final deliverable – the client and the company shall negotiate the time of delivery in case a delay is being witnessed.
